Label Orders vs. Other Merchandise Orders.
Label orders are put into production immediately and not data entered until after they are shipped. Please allow 3 weeks from when we get your order before inquiring. Other merchandise orders are data entered immediately upon receipt. We will need your last name and zip code to look your order up on the computer, the transaction date from the back of your cancelled check or charge or bank statement will tell you when your order was received and is very helpful.
Multiple Item Orders
If you order more than one item, most of the time it will be boxed and shipped separately. Some items will be shipped directly from the factory to you to reduce breakage and shipping expenses. Items shipped on the same day can arrive over a week apart. Kindly be a little patient.
How Fast Do We Ship?
Many items go out the same week we receive your order. Some personalized items may take up to 8 weeks, even longer for delivery. It is our policy to deposit checks and charges upon receipt of order. If you want us to wait until shipment. you must notify us at the time your place your order.
